• Skincare products
• Any other personal care items
Once a product has left our facility, we cannot guarantee its integrity if returned, so all sales are final.

We strive to ensure that every order arrives in perfect condition. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 15 days of delivery with the following details:
